The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it sits right on the slopes. After a hard day skiing, the onsen at the hotel is the perfect remedy for sore muscles. Sitting in a hot spring, surrounded by snow banks is not a bad way to end the day. Pure luxury! In addition to the great location and spa facilities, the F&B outlets and service levels were fantastic. I did not want to leave and cannot wait until we go back again next year.

Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village 4 days at the end of February, early March 2011. The hotel is located at the bottom of Niseko Village, one of the 4 ski areas of Niseko. A big advantage is the gondola starting right outside the back of the hotel. The rooms are clean and simple, with some spectacular views of the surrounding area. Breakfasts were good, with a lot of Western and Asian varieties at the buffet. There was a cozy little Apres-ski bar on the second floor, and several options to choose from for lunch in between skiing (incl. teppanyaki, all-you-can-eat sushi, and western). Overall a great stay with wonderful service from all staff (including Mr. Ito, their operations manager). Would definitely return.

Beside the areas that received good rating from previous travellers. The average rating of hotel service must been improved dramatically. We stayed for three nights and always got excellent service from staffs of all areasin the holel (front desk, bell caption, room service, restaurant and ski shop). They are friendly and always pay extra effort to take care of what we need. The Gondola just a step away from the door plus the In and Out free ski equipment storage right inside the hotel . I will stay in this hotel again when visit Niseko and certainly recommend it to everyone.
